  • January 10, 2018 -  David announces that he will not accept campaign donations.  "I will not allow the appearance of being 'bought and paid for' to descend upon my courtroom.  Justice must be incorruptible and unbeholden.  
  • January 8, 2018 - David Hammer is the first candidate to formally file for Circuit Court Judge.
  • Tuesday, December 5, 2017 - David speaks about the 7th Amendment and binding arbitration to a civics group in Kearneysville.
  • Sunday, December 3, 2017 - David and helpers distribute candy at the South Berkeley Christmas Parade.
  • Saturday, December 2, 2017 - Hammer has a busy day attending the Shepherdstown Christmas Parade in the morning, the Charles Town Christmas Parade in the afternoon, and then the Martinsburg Old Time Christmas Parade in the evening.  Phew!
  • Sunday, November 19, 2017 - David attends the annual NAACP Fundraiser Dinner in Martinsburg.
  • Saturday, October 28, 2017 - David participates in a tree planting and neighborhood clean-up event in Martinsburg.
  • Saturday, October 21, 2017 - David attends the Apple Harvest Parade in Martinsburg.
  • Tuesday, October 17, 2017 - David presents "A History of the 7th Amendment", to a civics group in Charles Town.
  • Thursday, October 12, 2017 - David attends the annual Eisenhower Dinner in Martinsburg.
  • Saturday, October 7, 2017 - David enjoying terrific weather and friendly faces at the 44th Annual Apple Butter Parade and Festival in Berkeley Springs.
  • Monday, October 2, 2017 - David files as an independent, non-affiliated candidate for Circuit Court Judge.
  • Thursday, September 14, 2017 - David attends the Moses Constitution Day lecture in Shepherdstown.
  • Sunday, September 10, 2017 - David attends the Annual Eisenhower Dinner in Charles Town.
